Immunity Boosting Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

Serves 1

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

6 medium-large ice cubes

6-7 medium-large fresh strawberries

1 medium sized banana

1/4 cup coconut milk (from can)

1/4 unsweetened coconut flakes

2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton)

1 tsp ground flax seed

1 tsp chia seeds

Optional:

2 tsp Immunity Boosting Sambucus Elderberry Powder

1/2 cup spinach

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients in blender for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Enjoy!

Too sweet for your taste? Try adding more spinach or even kale to dull down the sweetness.
